Message: Honest take from a conservative:
Loren and I spent many of nights working on college newspapers, writing, reporting, all things that go on in production. We were two sides of the coin. We didn't always agree (and many times we did), but we always listened to each other and discussed issues rationally. Together we put out one great little newspaper, we even made national news. Later, I helped Loren with a roofing job or two. He is an extremely hard worker, I can give you that, and when my parents needed roof work, they always called Loren. Loren is a good man, a man of honor & integrity. I believe he will listen to his constituents, pro or con, he always listened to me, even when we disagreed. His word is his bond, one of finest people I know. If Loren's views speak to your conscience, your vote will not find a better person to represent you. He's more left, I'm more right... but here & now, that doesn't matter. His character alone demands the respect of the best of testimony because he earned it - that's just who he truly is.
